An Engineer’s Mindset

My professional journey began not in a warehouse, but in the world of circuits and systems.

My Master's in Electrical Engineering gave me more than a technical toolkit; it ingrained in me a systems-thinking approach to every challenge. I learned to see problems not as isolated incidents, but as nodes in a complex network.

This mindset drives me to move beyond surface-level fixes to perform rigorous, data-driven root cause analysis. It's the bedrock of how I approach supply chain management: by deconstructing complex problems to their first principles and re-engineering them for optimal performance.

From Engineer to Executive

I naturally gravitated toward the supply chain, where I found the ultimate complex system to optimize.

My career in leadership has been defined by navigating pivotal moments of transformation and growth. I’ve led teams tasked with scaling global operations to support rapid international expansion, which involved completely re-architecting logistics networks and S&OP processes to handle increased complexity. Later, I played a key role in integrating the supply chains of two distinct corporate cultures following a major acquisition.

The challenge was as much about people and processes as it was about systems, focusing on creating a unified, efficient operation without disrupting service. These experiences solidified my ability to lead with a steady hand through ambiguity and deliver results during high-stakes strategic initiatives.

A Turning Point

My career has been a journey of optimizing complex systems, both in global supply chains and in my own life.

A pivotal personal challenge became a turning point, teaching me invaluable lessons in humility, resilience, and the power of unwavering accountability. The experience reinforced my commitment to leading with integrity and empathy.

I have been sober since that day, and the focus I've applied to my personal recovery—rigorous honesty, consistent effort, and a commitment to improvement—is the same focus I bring to every professional challenge I undertake.

What continues to energize me is the dual nature of supply chain leadership: solving intricate puzzles and empowering talented people.

On one hand, I am passionate about the intellectual challenge of a seemingly impossible logistical problem—finding the elegant solution that unlocks value, reduces risk, and creates a clear competitive advantage. On the other hand, I find immense satisfaction in mentoring and developing my teams.
